Went to see IT with my boyfriend last night. This is our usual theater and we LOVE the place. Only able to give 3 stars this time due to the fact that the girl who sold us our tickets said our seats would be adjoining but they weren't and she also told us that we had a free popcorn AND a free small drink, but we ended up only having the small drink on our regal club card. Still a great theater, just wish that the newbies would remember their training when serving loyal guests such as ourselves.
This was our first time coming to this theater and we liked it a lot. They have the best reclining seats, so comfy. Also save yourself money if you like candy and use their awesome candy machine. They have a rewards card as well.
Place is very nice and the staff is friendly. The issue is there's a $9 CONVENIENCE charge for buying the tickets online. No, what would be CONVENIENT is walking in and telling you how many tickets I want. Why should I have to pay extra to do the theaters job for them? Other than this, which is insanity, the theater is nice and the staff is always extremely friendly, and this is a management issue.
I truly appreciate the staff at the Regal. My son has Autism and the manager went out his way to locate some head phones to calm my son down. My son was able to watch the movie comfortably as the headphones helped drown the sound down. I just want to thank the staff for being so understanding and assisting me that day. Continue to be AWESOME!!!
A genuinely good theater experience. They have the comfy recliners yet are even cheaper than the closest AMC which doesn't even have recliners. The sound quality is good and the concessions are solid. I drive an extra distance to visit this theater, and I know I'm not the only one that does.
