I love disc replay. I always find something I want. The disc are always in excellent shape never had a problem with them. The only problem is that some times the used DVD are only a dollar or a dollar fifty less than if you go buy it brand new at Wal-Mart for $5. I'd rather have brand new for just a tiny bit more instead of risking it not working. I also see them sell some items that I could get cheaper online.
Good prices on games. They are not pushy in their sales. You can browse freely without someone asking you if you need help every 30 seconds
A good place to purchase videos. Has a large inventory. I was looking for a movie not on the shelf at the time. The friendly and helpful staff member took my name and number and called me two weeks later. This is a great place to purchase videos or games.
I never realized this place was here just a short drive from work. Went on my lunch and found they have a pretty great video game collection. Not a good Disc Replay location for music lovers though. Go to Crest Hill if that's what you're after.
Horrible experience here. As an honest and frequent seller of electronics, the denial of my video game system from this location was ludicrous. The large associate with glasses here had a terrible attitude and seemed to have lied about my console not being able to “power on”, didn’t bother wasting my time and arguing with this incompetent fool. Brought it to a different store instead and it was happily accepted and sold. Terrible customer service here, won’t ever come back. Definitely do not recommend SELLING anything here.
