After a day of shopping for furniture we found the best quality and price at Ashley. Our sales person, Keylin was really knowledgeable and explained all of the options to us perfectly. No high pressure just good information courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend the Bolingbrook store.

The location in boilingbrook was very helpful especially Jake from State Farm. (You'll know what I mean when going into the store). Anyways he was very helpful and patient with my family and I and spent a couple of hours with us while we asked question after question. This was Brian's and I first set of furniture after moving into our first apartment so we were very careful and curious. We received a GREAT deal for this past labor day holiday, which made everything easier as well. Highly recommend going into this store and highly recommend requesting Jake!
Exceptional customer service. Brian is fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to make sure I purchased what I wanted. He is the absolute BEST! He is one of the kindest and patient individuals I have ever met. From the moment I walked in the store he genuinely wasn’t trying to sell me but wanted to understand what my needs were.
